By downloading, installing, or using the IPman VPN app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

IPman VPN provides a virtual private network that encrypts your internet connection and helps protect your privacy. We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the rights of others or distribute malicious software;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or commercially redistribute the Service without our permission.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any activity that occurs through your use of the Service. Use the Service in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

The Service, including the app and its branding, is owned by IPman and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
